This room is available for faculty, staff, or students. Accessible: Monday through Friday, between 8 AM to 5 PM.

This room is located on the 1st floor of the , inside suite #102. The space is available to faculty, staff, and students at no charge, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. It seats 8 at the table and 2 along the wall. The room offers video conferencing capabilities with a webcam, PC, wireless keyboard and mouse, and a large TV screen. Users may also connect their own PC or Mac via Win+K or AirPlay. Multiple electrical outlets are located along walls. The room is not equipped with a phone. Lunch box-style catering is welcome. Please note that the room does not offer sufficient space for a buffet table. For catered meetings, please reserve the room at least 30 minutes before and after your meeting time to allow for setup and cleanup. Please ensure the room is left free of debris and trash after use.

This room is available for UTEP faculty and staff who need a video conferencing camera system for a team or group of people.  The room consists of multiple workspaces with flexible seating where people can connect electronic devices to wall-mounted high-resolution TVs and marker boards to capture the exchange of ideas and knowledge.
